Add Public Folder Calendar to Calendar view in Outlook/OWA

Adding Public Folder Calendar to Outlook/OWA Calendar Views

[This cannot be done from OWA and must be done from Outlook. This is a limitation of OWA to access the Public Folders]

1. Right click three dots at bottom of Outlook and select 'Folders'

2. Scroll down to Public Folders (Each contains a calendar)

3. Right click each Calendar and 'Add to Favorites' hit ok on the next prompt.

4. Back in the folder view (On the left), navigate to 'Favorites' under 'Public Folders' and click on each calendar once, this will add it to 'Other Calendars' in the Calendar view in Outlook.

It may take some time to sync up to OWA.
